David Lynch introduction at Hollywood Forever Cemetery Show – Vault Exclusive

This particular evening was remarkably special. On May 12, 2013, David Lynch introduced me for a show at the Masonic Lodge at Hollywood Forever Cemetery. I had no idea what he was going to say of course. I was standing at the back of the theater as he spoke, totally enraptured in his story. By the time he finished, I had forgotten that he was introducing me! I had to shake out of my trance and simultaneously summon up the moxie to walk on stage after that stunning and profoundly Lynchian intro! I’ll never forget that moment. Also, Charlotte Rampling attended the show. I am a massive fan of her work. I met her before the performance and she took the time to pose for some lovely photos with me and David. She asked me if I was nervous and I said “no”, to which she said, “well maybe you should be”. And then I certainly was! Also, David J says that Keith Richards was in the audience and popped out of the theater before the last tune. I forgave him for leaving early! All in all a rather memorable evening…
